Service Description

This class is an interactive class in which we will: 🕵🏽‍♀️ Identify sugars and sugar substitutes. 🤝🏽 Discuss the addictive nature of sugar and that people can experience dependence, cravings, and withdrawal as a result. 🕵🏽‍♀️ Identify that sugary drinks are a major contributor to the obesity epidemic. 🏊🏽‍♀️ Dive into the fact that sugar may not only affect a person's ability to lose weight and feel healthy but also have dramatic effects on children's behavior and performance in school.
